Pet Sitting

Going out of town? Our pet sitting service is a wonderful alternative to boarding and allows your pet to stay in the comfort of your own home. A typical visit will include a walk, feeding, fresh water, litter box care and personalized social time. In addition, we will bring in the mail, take out the trash, and turn on lights – all adding to the safety of your home while you are away. Your professional pet care provider will keep a record of each visit for your review upon your return. Visits are available seven days a week between the hours of 7am – 9pm.

Pet sitting is available to pets who reside in Alexandria, Arlington, Ashburn, Brambleton, Broadlands, Belmont, Cascades, Fairfax, Herndon, Lansdowne, Leesburg, Reston, and Sterling.

Consultation

Before we are able to provide a new client with service, we schedule a convenient time to conduct a personalized consultation. During the consultation you will be meeting your professional pet care provider. This time is important because it allows you to introduce us to your pet and we discuss the personalized care of your pet and home.

Overnight Pet Sitting

Would you feel better if someone stayed overnight in your home with your pets? Some pets do better by staying in their own home environment and our overnight pet sitting will provide your pets with more love & belly rubs while you are away. Your professional pet care provider will stay with your pet for a 12-hour period over night. In addition, we will bring in the mail, take out the trash, and turn on lights – all adding to the safety of your home while you are away. Your professional pet care provider will keep a record of each visit for your review upon your return. This service includes both an evening and morning feeding and plenty of potty breaks and exercise. You may choose to add a mid-day visit for an additional fee.

Payment

All of our services are prepaid services. We require a credit card at time of booking to guarantee your reservation for pet sitting and payment is due in full prior to the first day of service. If you choose to not provide a credit card, payment in full is due in order to guarantee your reservation. We will charge your credit card up to 48-hours in advance of your first day of service if no other payment has been received.

Cancellation Policy

For service that DOES NOT fall on an observed holiday - Clients who cancel with less than 48 hours notice will be charged a $25 cancellation fee.

For service that DOES fall on an observed holiday – Clients who cancel with less than 7 days notice will be charged 50% of the total fee for the service.
